At Nanomol Technologies we are always looking for the best convenience for our customers without losing quality in our services.  For this, we have launched a new form that will allow us to be more agile during the process of providing the service. In this way, you will obtain the analysis of your products in the timeframe that suits your needs.

Here is our new form, which will allow us to identify all the required points for the service. In order to proceed with the filling in of the data, we offer you a few instructions to simplify the process: 

1. Contact Details: In this section, you must include the name of the company, the contact person details (name and email) and the shipping date. 

2. Samples:  

• In product type, you must determine which product will send to us. In the drop-down menu, you will find the most common ones. However, we have expertise and know-how in the analysis of many more. For this, we have left the option of others if you do not find the product you are sending us. 
• Then, you must indicate the product name and specify all the batch numbers that you will send. 
• The specifications section is intended for you to tell us if you need to extract or comply with specific results on the sample.
• Finally, you should indicate the storage conditions and also any additional observations you consider relevant.  

3. Type of Service:

• We can perform different analyses on the same sample/product. For this reason, we have determined three spaces so that you can indicate all the types of services requested. In the drop-down list you will find the most common ones, however, we can perform others that may be of interest to you. These should be specified in "Others".
• For routine analysis services, different lead times are available. You can determine with which priority you want to receive the routine analysis results. *If you request another type of analysis (complex service/study) a customized calculation of delivery times will be made. In this case, you must select "Not applicable".  

4. Invoicing information and contact:   

• You must indicate the name of the person who will receive the invoice. 
• The email address of the person or department who should receive the invoice. 
• If you already have a quotation issued by Nanomol Technologies, please indicate its number. 
• Billing address and VAT number
• Determine your company's supplier payment policies (e.g. 30 days).  

Once completed, you can send it to us directly through the "Send" button. We would also be grateful if you could attach the form with the samples.
