Engineering pH-Sensitive Stable Nanovesicles for Delivery of MicroRNA Therapeutics

Haven't read our recent publication on engineered #nanovesicles for #nucleicacids delivery yet?

In the following article we report the first findings and advantages of this novel small #RNA delivery system developed with INSTITUT DE CIÈNCIA DE MATERIALS DE BARCELONA (ICMAB-CSIC) and Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) - Vall d'Hebron Institut de Recerca:

➡️ Engineering pH-Sensitive Stable Nanovesicles for Delivery of MicroRNA Therapeutics

✅ pH-sensitive nanovesicles with outstanding colloidal #stability.

✅ They protect nucleic acids such as #miRNA from possible #degradation and deliver them #intracellularly.

✅ PoC for the treatment of neuroblastoma disease, a pediatric cancer.

✅ Use of our green DELOS #technology for the #formulation of nanovesicles.

✅#Scalable and #GMP-compliant manufacturing process to ensure smooth access to clinical stages.

In conclusion, the pH-sensitive #nanocarriers reported here constitute a new platform for delivering small #RNA in vitro and in vivo and have the potential to be used for the treatment of high-risk #neuroblastoma, and also to treat or prevent other #cancers or human #diseases.
